- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated workspace datasets.
- Right to Data Portability: You can request that we export your data in a structured, commonly-used, machine-readable format.
- Right to Restrict or Object: You can object to, or request that we restrict, the processing of your personal data under certain conditions.
2. Data Processor Disclosure
To deliver our AI suitability simulator and project workspace services, we engage trusted third-party processors:
- Lemon Squeezy: Our Merchant of Record for billing, subscription management, and payment validation.
- Stripe & PayPal: Used directly to process credit cards and transfers.
- OpenAI / Anthropic: Sub-processors used to evaluate user goals and generate matrix recommendations. (No personal identifier profiles or billing data are shared with these models).
