To access our AI decision matrix tools and export features, you must register a secure account via our auth providers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and represent that all information provided is accurate and current.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

StratonOS offers subscription-based access to our advanced AI consulting features. All billing, subscription licensing, and order execution are managed securely by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record.

By subscribing to our pricing tiers, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge the transaction fee and applicable taxes to your selected payment method. Subscription plans will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled.

3. AI Content Disclaimer

Our software uses artificial intelligence algorithms to evaluate strategy and layout modules. While we aim to provide high-quality structural outlines:

All outputs, decision scores, and pitch recommendations are suggestion frameworks. They do not constitute certified legal, financial, or investment advice. The user bears full accountability for the application and real-world execution of these AI recommendations.

4. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to use StratonOS to scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or spam AI query nodes. Any attempt to bypass platform limitations, subscription models, or API rate governors will lead to immediate account termination.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep the StratonOS workspace fully operational at all times. However, we are not liable for transient system downtimes, AI provider latency, or third-party service interruptions beyond our immediate operational control.
